Pediatría uses the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), responsible for preserving Open Journal System journals in the country. It also utilizes, alternatively, the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS system, which allows for the creation and distribution of permanent files among libraries, with the aim of preserving and restoring documents.
